I suffer with severe anxiety and agoraphobia and the staff today in Warrawong were REMARKABLE! They helped me arrive to my appointment with little wait time and they even seperate me from the general waiting room which made such a massive difference! All staff were so polite and courteous towards me. They all made sure I was okay. The young woman who did my X-ray made the process so quick. I would have been in there for no longer than 15-20, but only because of their help. And because of their help I was able to get the xrays I needed in a short amount of time and they made the whole experience less traumatic than it could of been. I’m so extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Due to a family history I have a breast scan done every 12months. This time I chose Wollongong Diagnostics Tarrawanna Clinic. The sonographer who took care of me was outstanding. She was gentle, reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. From my arrival to my exit it was a really pleasant experience. Congratulations to the entire team on making a nerve racking appointment a pleasant one!

I just want to say a huge thank you! Over the past few weeks I have been in for an MRI & two Ultrasound. On every visit Reception make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. The staff that conducted my tests were professional & provided detailed information of the procedures, putting me at ease. Everyone in the team I have come into contact with on each visit have been friendly, courteous, respectful & professional. Thanks for the wonderful service that you provide.

I am so impressed with how friendly, helpful, and professional all of your staff are. Your reception staff have gone out of their way to provide me fast access to scans (usually on the same or the next day), and have also booked scans at similar time slots so that I only have to make one trip into the practice. Your radiographers and sonographers have all been friendly, kind, and professional. Today I had a cardiac CT, and one of your radiologists even came to visit me straight after the scan to briefly go through the (normal) scan – a very kind and professional gesture which I think your radiographers may have organised. What’s more amazing, is I have been bulk-billed for all the tests. I think your clinic is providing a fabulous service, and I thank you for everyone’s hard work and efforts!

Today I had an appointment at the Women’s Imaging Suite at Warrawong. I am writing to commend the staff who work there in particular Jackie (mammogram) Jenny (ultrasound) and the 2 receptionists for their professional, considerate and friendly manner. It’s nice to be treated as a person rather than just a number.

Just wanted to thank the team at corrimal. From the front desk to the technicians / doctor. All caring. Nothing seemed to trival our hard work. Appts on time. Been to places where you seem as part of a production line. Credit where credit is due. special thanks to my mri/ct tech. Good guy. Keep up the goodwork. Small injury for me but i can only imagine how much it means to people worse off then me.

My husband was suffering severe nerve pain in his leg caused from pressure in his back. Corrimal, Wollongong And Warrawong branches all got involved to get my husband the treatment he needed as fast as possible. The staff were so very helpful and obliging and went above and beyond.
